Abandoned/Unregistered Motor Vehicle Enforcement Frequently there questions regarding abandoned vehicles or the number of unregistered motor vehicles allowed on private property. The Town of Millbury does have a by-law specifiying how many abandoned/unregistered vehicles my be stored on a person's property. Officer Robert Guyan is currently assigned to investigate complaints and enforce, if necessary, the unregistered vehicle by-law.
